Relax

Do little things for you. You know how it feels to be loved and cared for, so love and care for yourself. Maybe at the end of the day take a relaxing bath and watch your favorite show or if it means getting a workout in during the day, do it.
By yourself flowers, read a good book, treat yourself to that new cafe that you have been wanting to check out.  Chill and breathe and take some time to give back to yourself. Life is too stressful to be on overdrive all the time.
